With a background in sales, insurance, and customer service, she brings strong communication skills, organization, and a tenant-focused approach to her role. Sandra oversees the day-to-day rental experience, working closely with tenants, prospective renters, maintenance teams, and internal staff to keep the leasing and management process running smoothly. She helps coordinate showings, guides applicants through the leasing process, supports tenant communication, and ensures maintenance requests are handled with urgency and professionalism. Known for her responsiveness, practical problem-solving, and steady leadership, Sandra is committed to creating a positive experience for residents while helping Revive maintain well-managed homes and strong operational standards across the portfolio.

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining household appliances. Strong understanding of appliance systems. Detail-oriented approach. Ensures appliances are repaired quickly and properly. Minimizes disruption to residents’ daily routines.
